The temperature of ultra-low temperature refrigerators is very low, which can reach about minus 100 degrees Celsius. They are mainly used to store special materials such as medical medicine and biological samples. The compressor is the key to refrigerator refrigeration.
Laboratory ultra-low temperature freezer is often used to preserve precious and valuable research materials. The maintenance and care of ultra-low temperature freezers are particularly important to extend their service life and normal use. What should we do if the seal of the low-temperature freezer door is deformed or falls off?
Since the temperature of refrigerators is relatively low, the door seals will become harder than at normal temperature. At this time, the door seals are easy to fall off. Take them off, wash them with hot water, wipe them dry, put them neatly, blow them with a hair dryer to increase the magnetism, and then install them back. If the door is not closed properly for a long time, or foreign objects are caught, the door seals will be deformed. If the deformation is not serious, just blow them with a hair dryer.
The working environment temperature of ultra-low temperature freezer should generally be maintained at 10℃-32℃, and the ambient temperature of the refrigerator should be kept between 18℃-25℃ as much as possible. Considering the difference in energy consumption caused by seasonal changes, be careful not to place the refrigerator near a heat source but at a vent.
